Clooney cited Moore’s impressive response to the Francis Scott Key Bridge collapse in 2024, his military service, and his executive leadership in philanthropy as key reasons for his support.

The actor called Moore someone Democrats could “all join in behind,” highlighting his charisma, competence, and appeal to both moderate and progressive voters.

A Warning for Democrats

Despite the controversy, Clooney believes Moore has what it takes to lead, saying, “I like him a lot.”
